You are probably intelligent enough to understand what the inevitable and logical conclusion to this questioning is. The next question is, of course, how is it possible to have a society in which some individuals create rules/laws which other individuals are forced to live by without establishing a hierarchical structure?
The problem with anarcho-syndicalism is that no reasonable consequentialist arguments can ever be made. When you hear, say, Noam Chomsky speak, be almost exclusively employs moralist arguments. The first difficulty we find with anarcho-syndicalism is that the formation of a hierarchical structure is unavoidable when creating and enforcing rules or laws. This is one of the most effective manners in which a hierarchical system is created, and, (to use the terminology commonly used by anarcho-syndicalists), an effective way in which one man dominates another.

What about children who are born after the rules are made? Are they obligated to follow these rules even if they don't agree with them? What if you have a stubborn guy who refuses to agree to anything the rest of the community agrees on? Is he then kicked out of his private property, thus violating the no-harm principle?

I'm not a defender of syndicalism in any way, but you are approaching it from the wrong angle. To a syndicalist, private property itself is aggression. Just as a libertarian is allowed to fight off thieves and murderers without violating the non-aggression principle, syndicalists believe that abolishing private property is a just use of force.
So trying to trip them up by saying they violate the anarcho-capitalists definition of anarchism isn't an argument when they don't believe in that definition in the first place.
