If you listened to the same story I did, you'd know that they're helping out nigs and spics too. Basically everyone who's homeless. The thing about Utah is that the population there was low enough that their homeless population was also low; in turn a lot of the volunteers for this program end up being able to know almost every homeless person on a first name basis that they help out.
