In most reports I've seen it's risen by more than 25%
In America in the last two presidential elections, the country-wide turnout was only 60%, with more educated people voting more than that and less educated people voting much less than that.
This shows that there's much more potential I trying to get the highest voter turnout possible amongst republican voters than desperately trying to win votes from democrats.
And the primary voter turnout shows that trump may be succeeding in mobilising the less educated republicans with traditionally low voter turnout.
It's a risky strategy but he definitely has a better chance of winning than Romney or cruz or kasich.
