Basically all baltic countries on sitting on EUs and U.S's dicks. We even have american soldiers here "protecting" us from "evil" Russia.
The economy is in the shitter: average pension in Lithuania is ~250-300EUR, while in Germany it's around 2000+EUR (as told by relative). Keep in mind the price for food is basically the same (maybe 5-10% difference depending on product).
All the ("smart") young people are leaving for western countries to work after getting an education pretty much.
