I think about this all of the time. Too much. On some level, I think I was always predisposed to this kind of thinking, and I feel that many if not most of the people that view this thread are as well.
As a child, I was always skeptical. Things that other kids ate up like birthday cake I always viewed with some amount of suspicion or cynicism. All the advertisements and song and dance of child's entertainment I saw through to what they were intended to accomplish - getting me to ask my parents to buy me something.
As I got older, this mode of thinking only grew more pronounced. I discovered /pol/ a year or so ago and discovered a community of like-minded individuals. Those that see this world for it truly is, or at the very least realize that we're presented with is a fabricated display to steer society to think and behave in certain ways.
I don't think I ever had a blue-pilled attitude to go back to. Most of us that are reading this thread may have never had much of a choice as we got older and experienced the world and modern life.
