As far as I've come to know as well, Cosmo has basically become a Pariah to the speedrunning community.
Most speedrunners I've watched don't like to respond to comments about what happened to Cosmo and it's really something no speedrunner wants to even think about.
Really is a shame what's happened to him he seriously needs some help for this disorder. He was (from what I remember) a speedrunner that the community pretty much respected and now he's a complete outcast.

I know nobody cares but I'll say it anyway. This actually reminds me about something that happened to a friend of mine recently. She got married and moved to L.A, far from everyone she knows, and just recently her husband came out as wanting to be a woman. It's basically ruined her, and now she's stuck in another country with a guy she thought she knew but doesn't.
I think people should be accepting of these transitions but also highly sceptical, it's not an either or situation because it actually works out really well for some people. But these days it's almost a joke to come out as trans. It's like people are doing it to alleviate other personal issues rather than face those issues head on.
