And liked to get frisky with women. he still signed into law the trade agreements that fucked us over in the long run, but at the time, he benefited from the tech boom and the dot com bubble. There was really nothing for him to fuck up too badly during his presidency. So he's remembered fondly.
Hillary meanwhile, is just plain unlikable and shrewd, very artificial, and a terrible liar. at least Bill was good at it. And she rides on his coattails. She is only relevant because she's a Clinton, much like the only reason Jeb was relevant was because he was a Bush.
