Clinton is only the best because he had the republicans block any attempts at actual craziness like Hillarycare. The same would be said about Bush, but he was too slow and stupid to try and pull any major piece of legislation off. He half-assed proposed privatizing some of social security, but abandoned seconds after even saying it.
Obama has been thoroughly distasteful. A hatefully divisive individual, he's used the office of the presidency not to make our country great, but to persecute his political enemies and sow the seeds of our eventual ruin. November can't come soon enough.

Why was this under Obongo? Bush did most of that shit after 9/11. The only original thing that Obama did was Obamacare. Everything else was just a continuation of Bush's policies.

Obamacare was a great idea that would have made the US stronger and perhaps more prosperous but was muddled due to Republican neo-cons and Tea Party retards waging a massive non-sensical war against it, saying it's "socialist".
On the other hand Obama continued more or less the neo-con aggressive and imperialist stance on the Middle-East and especially in Syria, never stopped the Patriot act and even expanded NSA spying and extrajudicial drone killing.
I won't even mention Bush because I don't think any person outside the US ever liked him nor do they have any positive memory of him after the Iraq war.
