I live in an upper class community in California that is predominantly Indian (and some Pakis), then Chinese. Whenever someone has a birthday, it feels like Bollywood or some shit. But virtually everyone is an engineer, dentist, in business, or something else.
I get along with all of them. Worst I can say is their food smells like fucking shit, but they're all nice people ... At least at this income bracket.
However, before Iived here I had Indian friends still in Uni, and they were all great. Worked hard during the week studying, then got shitfaced on Saturdays while listening to alternative Western music.
So my experience isn't so bad. The only problem with a lot of them IMO is that they're extremely insecure racially. I knew one guy who said whites don't get as difficult technical exams. The fuck, poo? How the hell would you even know that?
