I've always hated muslims, found out about /pol/ not too long ago and stayed because most of the people here also hate them.
I don't like niggers either, but fortunately there aren't that many in my country so I don't really consider them an issue.
I've never had any trouble with Jews, rather I kinda like them because most I've met (I have met very few as there aren't that many in Denmark) weren't too keen on Muslims either.

Pol influenced me greatly.
Politically I already hold the views about traditionalism, niggers, feminism and even jews.
What /pol/ did was make me realize my views weren't to be ashamed of. It gave me great confidence and motivation to move ahead in life.
Since Pol I took up college again, while working a desirable job; I pick up women waaay more easy now.
Most of my friends and family say I've changed for the better, matured. I don't tell them it's because of this imageboard, but I know it is.
I was raised in a strong traditional family in a world where traditional values are under constant siege. This place made me appreciate my values I got with my upbringing and stop being ashamed for them.

Now I look back at my misguided ways and realize that I never should have threw my lot in with the left.

When I started /pol/ I was a confused kid who tried to find some reasoning. I was angry at everything and started to believe all the conspiracies. Then I lost all the hope in humanity itself.
After a while I found a belief in myself. I got myself a job through sheer will of dedication. I'm not into anything trendy. I'm doing my own thing.
In brief, /pol/ taught me the value of self belief. World is a shitty place to live but you rest assured you can make a difference the way you live your life. The ones who are take part in SJW causes are certainly not enjoying life.

I have to thank /pol/ though, I only found this place because of /fit/. These two boards turned my life around, I became fit and started attending a university to get a degree in chemical engineering. I've actually done very well, 3.8 GPA and finished a majority of my classes(organic chem, physical chem, all math, DE). Just a few top end classes and Im done.

I used to be more liberalish. Now I am more of a cynic and try to understand why people hold the views they do to understand the issues thoroughly. I think few people are inherently evil and if given a chance, people will agree to a consensus in which both parties can agree. I was raised to be a reactionary of sorts. My parents grew up before 1968 and I grew up listening to them talk about life in 1950s and early 60s America. All through my youth I heard people constantly talking about "change change change" and "social justice" and that whole clap trap. Long before /pol/ I used the term "degeneracy" to describe the Sexual Revolution, Feminism, anti-European sentiments, hippydom, etc. /pol/ is an outpost for people who are not "normal," people who don't go along with the narrative and don't embrace "change."
Having said all that, I'm not a racist, I'm not a white supremacist. I have no problem living with blacks, Asians, natives, Hispanics, Arabs, Persians, etc. especially in America. But I am opposed to multiculturalism and cultural relativism. I don't think there is anything genetically wrong with Jewish people, I think their culture however is one at odds with the traditional institutions of Europe, and is largely atheistic now. The biggest threat to the Western World doesn't come from some cabal of Jews, it comes from whiney, spoiled, white kids engaging in premarital sex, apostatizing from Christianity, supporting Socialism, rebelling against parents, and deliberately destroying European culture in the name of some mythical worldview built upon a white/Christian oppression narrative fashioned by worthless pseudo intellectuals in academia (Gentile and Jew alike).

I was in a state of awkward cognitive dissonance right before I found /pol/. I wanted to be a liberal, watched Colbert, TYT and all that. But at the same time I was aware of "race-realism", ethnic nationalism and other far-right topics.
Now I don't know what the hell I am.
I was very idealistic and assumed the best of people. I saw everyone as just another "me" if that makes sense. I assumed everyone had the same values, notions, and intentions as me except they were somehow being oppressed and kept from achieving their potential. Now I realize that everyone's life is in their own hands and that success is a path you have to choose. It's something you have take since no one is going to hand it to you. I still don't buy in conspiracy theories though. I guess I'm simply a lot more realistic.
