Usually its because they have prior convictions and refuse to do plea bargins because dey dindu nuffin. They go to court and act like idiots the same way they'd represent themselves if the homies were over and people are not okay with that. Go watch and court case videos or stories if you can, they make themselves get convicted easier and it's always obvious they committed the crime.
There was even a nice long story of here a while back from a defense lawyer appointed by a state who told many stories of negros defending themselves and acting hood as fuck in court. Not even bothering to wear nice clothes and speaking incoherent sentences. If you want fair criminal records then educate the niggers on how to act like civilized human beings occassionally.
