it will happen so slowly that there will be no need to react to it, there would need to be a event of catastrophically consequences for people to revolt, like it has always been, and that is not what democracy does, democracy slowly raises the bar and it takes several generations, when the NWO is finally put in place there will be no way to revolt against.

We are now approaching that same last 4.3-year leg in socialism from 1934. This is the peak in confidence in government and it will evaporate rapidly as it did in 260 AD. This is not the end of the world, but it will be a chance to push back to restore our liberty. It will get bad at first because government will fight hard going into 2017. By mid-2018, we should begin to see the trend with more clarity for once and all.

The only way a civil war would occur was if the industrial system were to fail, what is clearly never gonna happen. While the powers are able to maintain the industrial system the actual system will not fail.
