George Soros is one of the richest men in the world. So is Donald Trump. Trump is the richest rich estate guy. Soros needs a building, he knows where to go. Soros wants to make money, he invests in a Trump project.

1. Buy bond for a building project
2. get paid interest on your bond by a certain percent every quarter/half/year
3. When the bond is complete all the money + final interest payment comes back to you.
