Thats not a feeling, it's just another fact like the fact that you will die. Not sure if that will help you bruh.
Think about death, feel something, give the feeling a name. Go back and forth between the feeling and the name. Figure out what triggers the feeling. Then trigger it, and feel it, and ask what is it about the situation that makes death scary (or whatever name you gave it).
Just go back and forth. Until the feeling shifts. And then you do it again

You are given a limited time to contribute to the hive mind that is the human race. What many people forget though is that contributing isn't just for say, famous people, very smart people, etc. Even a regular person can contribute to the gradual knowledge and progress of the human race by being themselves, by creating a positive environment for those around them and striving to enhance the life of everyone they come across. Though most will not remember you, the impact will remain, and you would have played your part in further helping them help themselves and others ad infinitum to prosper, and should you choose, create a physical embodiment of yourself via children who you can shape and will further advance the human race.
But this is up to you, of course.

I am muslim so I am constantly ready to die without any regrets. If I had cancer and was told I had a week to live then it would not ruin my day. I can die in many ways before that, getting run over by a car or something. We all die, but I have a good life with a good wife and nice children, I do my prayers on time, I try to avoid sin and ask for forgiveness and I constantly think about what I can do to get a better afterlife and be a better rolemodel.

But to OP after death nothing happens. You just don't continue to exist. No one on earth is capable of thinking of their own nonexistence because right now you do exist. No one can tell you everything will be wonderful as in heaven or that it will be terrible as hell. Its nothingness. It is the void. Indescribable oblivion. Just focus on your life a few weeks at a time and the eventuality of your death won't cross your mind as much.
