Hey /pol/ I heard some of Donald Trumps speech today. I was trying to watch the protesters build a wall on the highway and I got excited. Then I listened to his words and he kind of made sense. Maybe I am just really high. The only real reason I don't like about trump really is the racism.
Can you help me understand Trump really and what he really stands for?

I look at the trade problems he brings up and solutions. I like them. Tariff china, to make american goods more competitive, stop nafta. THis shit doesnt benefit anyone, hell I wouldnt mind america becoming more isolationalist.The racist elements have to go though. We have to unite the people not divide.

He has never once said anything that could possibly be construed as racist. Illegals are not a race. Muslims are not a race. Among republican hopefuls, Trump has the highest number of minority voters. Both Israel and the Vatican have fantastic walls which do their jobs splendidly, and about which no one complains. There is already a wall on the Mexican-American border, Trump just wants to replace it with one that will actually do what it was intended to. The bill of rights only applies to American citizens, so foreign nationals who are not yet citizens are not protected by the right to freedom of religion. The president has the power to deny entry to the United States for all aliens, and/or any class of alien. Terrorists are not protected by the Geneva Convention because they are not soldiers of a recognized foreign power; they are terrorists, and can therefor be tortured with impunity. Most of the Syrian "refugees" are neither Syrian nor refugees; they are fighting-aged men from other middle-eastern countries (and some aren't even middle-eastern) who are simply using the real problems in Syria as a means to migrate for economic reasons (quite a few have actually gone back to their own countries because Germany/Sweden wasn't giving them enough free shit). China and Russia are aggressive and will take any inch you give them as the Obama administration has proved time and again. The TPP is a terrible idea and will only benefit China, which can take advantage of it, without being bound by its rules.

Furthermore, Hillary Clinton is lying establishment crony who has ties to George Soros (the multi-billionaire who is funding "protesters" to disrupt Trump's rallies (Chicago was his doing)) and the Rothschild family (basically the man behind the curtain on a global scale). Not really. We usually debate in good faith unless the other side is spouting unsubstantiated bullshit.
The reasons that many of us believe that Trump will serve the public good are that he is funding his own campaign (so no one can buy him off), and he's been disappointed with America's leadership since the 1980s (so it's unlikely that he's just doing his to further his business interests). He's also completely immune to PC bullshit, which is why he can say things like "Deport all illegals" and "Build wall" (which shouldn't even be an issue) with impunity.
