Countries commonly pointed to like the UK, France and Germany have populations in the tens of millions, migrants are coming into all of europe in a few hundreds of thousands. Birth rates among Whites are stable to say the least. The uk is at 1.8, and with the increasing polish population, that's on the rise.
Muslims on the other hand are leaving the religion in countries where it's legal, and nationalist groups in Europe are gaining ground.
It seems like this apocalypse of Europe is just a whole load of hoo ha about Jackshit.

Looking at those numbers tells you nothing really. The unprecedented number of people migrating to Europe at this point has completely thrown off any prediction made in the last few years. Germany's muslim population is set to explode (pun intended) and with so many flooding in at the same time they will never adapt choosing instead to seclude themselves from Germans and creating enclaves inside of which the law has very little reach. It's like having the enemy set up a tiny little nation inside your borders. Rome learned the hard way why that isn't such a good idea.

Secondly, if muslims have their own ghettos set up in Germany, they'll become Germany's little slice of Saudi Arabia, and living conditions won't be that different, only this time their TV is full of infidels and jews, the meat isn't halal and the women don't cover up. Benefits will be difficult to maintain for the growing population and will eventually be cut, essentially removing the incentive to immigrate.
Let's not forget Christianity is still on track to be the largest religion in 2050, and christian immigrants from Eastern Europe and East Asia continue to grow.
Muslims are also rapidly leaving the faith. Over 200,000 have left the faith in the UK, and it's 6 million worldwide every year.
Once the oil industry runs out, Europe won't have to obey Saudi Arabia anymore and they'll lose their influence.

Birth rates in Libya, Syria and Egypt were as high as 5.0 as recently as 1990. Among the highest worldwide.
These countries were straining under their own population growth. The Arab spring caused people to want to leave these countries and effectively forced them through the two choke points of Libya and Syria.
Greece's financial crisis has weakened its ability to resist any influx of migrants and its geographical location is a perfect match for a reception of migrants from both Libya and Syria and a holding center to all these migrants.
If you were given a project in school as kid as to how you would move large amounts of people from one place to another without either the migrants or the populace countries they are moving to knowing what was going on. This would be your plan.

Between 1960 and 1990 the national average fluctuated between 7.9 and 5.3.

Ireland is actually one of the highest birth rates in Europe if not the highest with Irish death rates one of the lowest so the problem isn't as big here as it is in other European countries. But with economic and social conditions changing or time will come too.
