With 51% you have the majority of the parlement, so you can have one party rule. This pretty much never happens, so parties form coalitions to get that 51%. Currently we have to opposing parties governing, so everyone gets screwed over constantly. Hence PVV is around 40% in the polls right now. But other parties have stated not to rule with Geert, unless he takes back certain comments concerning annoying marrocans. So changes of a coalition are very slim.
Parties don't get removed
When a coalition can't be formed they either try again and again or initiate a revote. Things are looking good for the PVV, and therefore the country.

It does not. It is so hard to fire people that companies just dont hire at all. All production jobs were lost because companies could not compete (too many taxes and regulation) and bankurpted.
As a result, companies go to other countries when they need production workers and we have no growth and high unemployment.
