The publications/citations index is shit since its america/anglosphere centric. Just for example, only about fifth of russian scientific publications (and thats the open ones, not to forget huge amount not in open access) actually get ranked since non-english publications are discriminated.
80% of numbers published by OP are English language papers. Some countries, like China, for whatever try to inflate the index with pointless papers - others just dont care or create own indexes.
