Three scientists were researching the origins of modern communication technology: a British scientist, an American scientist, and a Kenyan scientist.
After having dug to a depth of 10 feet, the British scientist found traces of copper wire dating back 150 years. They came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network earlier than the Americans.
Not to be outdone by the British, the American scientist dug to a depth of 20 feet, and, finding traces of 175-year-old copper wire, concluded that their ancestors already had a communications network 25 years earlier than the British.
After digging as deep as 30 feet, the Kenyan scientist reported that he found absolutely nothing. He therefore concluded that 200 years ago, Africa had already gone wireless.
