I realized that the only reason I believed in God in the first place was because everyone else around me here in the American South was telling me he existed and that I should believe in him.
I have yet to see evidence for God, so I don't really believe. Is it a possibility? I can't rule it out, but as of now I don't believe.

I used to be an edgy teen who hated religion. However when organised religion isn't embezzling funds, abusing power and children. It actually does some good. It's probably the largest charitable organisation on earth. It brings likeminded well meaning people in communities together and can provide them with philosophical support from the cradle to the grave.
