Would making Duels legal again and reestablishing duelling culture, where refusing you kill your reputation be for a good of society?
Nowadays so much bullshit is being said and written, the only option is to sue - which is mostly futile.
So why not make "saying shit" have a price tag attached to it in form of being called to a duel?

Pistol duels are more "equal" due to "fate" (in theory) deciding who is correct (And not who`s the best at shooting, since pistols were with horrible accuracy in duels).

There was always option to put replacement to fight for yourself if the opponent is bigger/more skilled with weapon. Nothing shameful about it.
