There are many who will tell you that you must de-calcify your pineal gland by drinking colloidal silver, do compound lifts four hours a day, go AMOG a group of betas and fuck a slut to up your test, etc.
Some of these suggestions are great and you'd do well to implement them (i.e. diet and exercise).
But the most basic, elemental component to being a man is to tell the truth as you see it and to stop caring about the consequences.
