He literally just tells people not to come back or that "they're out" if they really fuck up, like this one time a freshman accidentally caused a ladder to fall onto the stage, and just because of how loud and startling it was for him, he told the kid to get the hell out of his class immediately. He has more sway because it's extra curricular and doesn't account for any points towards graduating, but it's a nice thing to have on your resume if you plan on getting involved in an actual stage production somewhere, and it's a fun way to spend a lot of my free time.

I can submit a citation, which is basically like a "bad mark" for teachers here, and if they get 3 of them then he has to go under a peer review, and he already has 1.
