Meanwhile, they could be hiding inside any one of millions of rocks, and constantly moving. The planets are at the bottom of a very deep gravity well and rocks are cheap.
Whoever controls space controls the planets. All of the planets, and all of each planet. Oceans will no longer be international, boundaries will become fluid and nations will cease to exist.
