You are also forgetting one thing OP,
The US is one nation. It's degree of coordination and logistical capabilities are much greater than that of the other nations.
Other nations would have to work with different chains of command, different language barriers, logisitcal problems of other member nations, differing armor and equipment, etc.
The US is basically a unified force against a confederacy.
The logisitical capabilities with the above is basically a force multiplier for the US. On paper its 1v1 to the next seven largest, but given everything else stated the other countries would need a least a 3 to 1 advantage before it starts becoming difficult for the US.
Not to mentiom the amount of firearms with the civilians. Most of them would be wrecked, but considering the amount of GWOT to Viet Nam vets living in nearly every community of the U.S., they would be able to organize pretty decent militias, especially in the southern states.
The only way to beat the U.S. on its home turf would be EMP and nuclear annihilation. An invasion would be folly by any nation or group of nations.
How are you going to do that?. You are basically going to be nuking yourself because the border is so close. How are you going to stop the fallout?. We have nuclear facilities here. Bomb that and its pretty much game over for you. Good luck living in a bunker for 100 years and thats assuming you can get a spot in there.

Coupling with my last post, as a GWOT veteran, I know of at least 100+ vets in my 6500 population town. We're in a close proximity to an Air Force base housed in one of the largest cities in the south. Also, several National Guard armories potmark this side of the country.
In my county alone, I know that I, with the other vets, could organize a regiment sized militia armed to the teeth. We have several staging areas already in place for natural disasters for which our families could live, if needed.
Corps and possibly Army sized elements could be organized within only 2 of the surrounding counties, ones with bigger populations. It would be Afghanistan x 1,000 for an invading coalition.
