I wouldn't be so sure. First of all the immigrants do not like the cold and there is no way they would want to live on Iceland, most of them don't even want to live further north then Stockholm. Maybe if the EU relocates immigrants to them but those immigrants would probably GTFO asap because of the cold.
And in 5-10 years its going to be really obvious for every one that multiculturalism is bad. Sweden and Germany is really setting an example here and every one that is paying attention is going to see that and change course.
