The 2nd group is made of people who employ emotional thinking and essentially just react to perceived oppression of "rights". This group is against any notion of force, and doesn't understand what the initiation of force actually means. This is the group against enforcing a border because it's "an initiation for force". This group has no concept or appreciation of a citizenry. A large portion of this group is made up of former leftists fleeing the radicalization on the left. Unfortunately this group makes up most libertarians, though this also shouldn't be surprising

A "source". Never been disclosed who it was, journalism (I know, I know) sources are protected. The key thing (in my limited knowledge of law) here seems to be that Hogan didn't consent to being filmed, so the tape existing was fundamentally a violation of his rights. That may be partially why the same has not been true of celebrities who had nudes or a sex tape leak, because they voluntarily took the images in question.

Libertarianism is perfectly compatible with closed borders. Ancap isn't, but that's a different argument. There's nothing in mainstream libertarianism that says "Hey, we have to let these poor migrants who aren't citizens into our country for free with no vetting." Some mainstream libertarians may think that, but that's certainly not a logical mandate of the philosophy.

There is also a realization that the state needs to be smaller and weakened, but not necessarily to the point of a blanket libertarian ideal. The state is a threat to liberty, but so is corporatism and boundless corporate control, the state needs to be strong enough and untampered by private interests to break up corporations/monopolies
