regarding the "army" parts, lend lease was getting close to 10% of the soviet army. the important part here is not the direct military stuff, but the support vehicles, meaning trucks and trains, also food and steel and boots etc.. by 1944 nearly 60% of all support vehicles needed to get food, troops, tanks etc to the frontline was coming from the US. without these, soviet troops couldn´t have advanced or rearmed fast enough agains germany.

Not quite, the Commonwealth had the population and industrial might when combined with the US to defeat Germany in a strategic struggle. Beyond that Germany had no means of effectively supporting their military in North Africa due to British dominance of the Mediterranean and had no means to invade Britain because the German surface fleet was irrelevant. Without the numbers or economy to outmatch the commonwealth or gain leverage Germany had no hope. The USSR simply sped up the war by a chunk ending it in 1945 instead of 1950.
Besides had the USSR had peace to build up they would have inevitably invaded Germany who would have lacked the manpower or space to maneuver to defeat the Soviets and Berlin would have quickly fallen.
