It was always a certainty Stay would win, the Leave EU possibility a mere sideshow, IDS's hands were tied to his ministerial desk to toe the line, you see a minister must be loyal to his or her prime minister above all else so they can be a minister. I am a political predictor but not a prophesier. I will say that if we leave the EU, Islam will be slighlty diminished due to less immigrants staying but will still be present.
