Urban world, combat, and settlement building are what I liked the most. I felt the main story though kinda killed any sense of immersion which is why I liked New Vegas more.

It's a perfectly good feature, the problem is that it seems to have been createdto replace all the interesting pre-existing settlements with unique characters and quests, rather than as an addition. No Bethesda, identical radiant quests from yet another Settler are not the same as literally any quest from New Vegas, or even Fallout 3.
