As a queer person of color, I can confirm that peacefully protesting a Drumpf rally is quite literally a more oppressive environment than standing in line for the showers in Auschwitz. The minute I arrived, I was assaulted with a barrage of racial pejoratives, getting called a "nigger faggot kike" amongst other things. Several men in full Schutzstaffel attire were saluting a Drumpf poster. I asked them why they were voting for a racist, sexist xenophobe, only for them to threaten me with "a thourough Holocausting" (word-for-word). They then rallied most of the crowd, brandishing nooses and canisters of Zyklon B and began goose stepping in my direction. I only just barely managed to escape, but not before they stole my yarmulke and burned it atop a cross.
That's when the limousine arrived. Fuhrer Drumpf himself, assisted by several dozen hooded klansmen, stepped up on stage and began his speech. "Fellow white Americans, today we stand united once and for all." The crowd had began to burn a second cross while chanting "RIGHT WING DEATH SQUADS." A small Syrian refugee boy was hogtied, who they had aptly named "Little Obama." I had taken out my phone to record this but a lumbering redneck in suspenders stole it right out of my hands. The worst part of it all was when I tried reporting this to a police officer, he spat in my face and called me a "degenerate leftist parasite" then threatened to arrest me for being Israeli in a "white-only area."
