There's not. North Korea is not strictly communist, and I'm not saying that to defend communism because I'm some marxist teenager. Communism is stateless, in theory and in definition. That's not to say that communism is perfect, or even good. It diminishes competition and therefore progress, it puts no importance on how hard individual people work, and there's no mechanism to stop people from changing the system into something else because there's no government. Even in theory communism is complete shit. All it does is bring people to a mean and then disincentives raising that mean. But again, with all that being said, NK, China, USSR, etc. werenot strictly speaking communist. What they were was socialist. Sweden, Norway, and Denmark are not actually socialist as very little, if any, industry is owned by the state. Instead, they are just welfare states.
