Yes and no.
Once you have morals, and curiosity, and reason, religion grows out of that inexorably.
You don't have to endorse a particular religion to be moral. You don't have to learn your morality from a particular sect to have one - in fact it's probably easier the other way.
But if you are a moral person you will ask yourself religious questions and you will find them taking up a considerable amount of your time.
Whether you wind up describing yourself as religious or not is more a semantic distinction .
