Donald J. Trump has clearly won the popular vote for the Republican nomination. He's won enough delegates. But enough delegates are unbound and Ted Cruz is given the nomination. Is this finally tyranny? Or is the 2nd amendment just for killing Democrats?
The RNC is a private organization and can nominate anyone they choose to. The whole thing is a show, its not law.

They would never choose Ted, they hate him just as much as they hate Trump. If at any point they considred Cruz an option they would have poured money into his campaign and rallied behind him as the Anti-Trump option after Jeb flat-lined. Instead they poured money into Rubio, and now they are desperately going for Kasich.
