I can't think of a single recent president who has done more to unravel America's foreign policy and interests around the world than maybe Jimmy Carter, who didn't fuck up nearly as bad.
1. There are millions of rapefugees in Europe, and potentially thousands of terrorists snuck with them, ready to commit terrorist attacks for a GENERATION on Europe, and possibly the United States.

Egypt lost its stable dictator in place of a temporarily terrorist-friendly democratically elected government, who needed to get couped and which makes us look like enormous hypocrites because there are litterally laws which should prevent us from being allies to a nation that has a military coup. This fuck up will probably have severe consequences for years.
5. Oh, and for the final cherry on top of the shit-mountain is the Ukraine had a civil war. Our fucking around with Euro Maiden and encouraging them has also contributed to a near-cold war level degree of tensions with Russia. and Russia is now a great power again on the international stage.
The list goes on, but those are the biggest and most egregious fuck ups from an absolute foreign policy lightweight. His legacy is anarchy throughout the world and a total failure of America to exert leadership. It's amazing to see what even a slight retreat from our responsibilities leaves as far as chaos in the world. And it's only a matter of time before we realize how fucked the Iran deal is too.

The entire rapefugee crisis is a direct result of ISIS. ISIS got its kick start thanks to the Arab Spring and also our ignoring Iraq. We had a very dirty hand in the Arab Spring out of Obama's naive assumption that muslims would embrace western style democracy and that their dictators would just peacefully hand over power.
So Egypt is toppled in the Arab Spring, our ally in the region with a military dictator. They have an election and the Muslim Brotherhood wins, who is not even slightly within our interests. As for Russia, they have shown they have a back bone. They have also secured a warm water port. Putin is not going anywhere, and while the Russian civilian is suffering with a recession, Russia the state is resurgent on the world stage, with a modernized military with now a great deal of experience at fighting wars around the world.
