Everyone is tired of "us vs. Them". Minorities just want to forget that there was ever segregation and advance through life in an honest fashion.
Now though, ever since liberalism has gained traction, their only argument for gaining power is to be " for the people " it's literally a communist based ideology that tricks anyone who is in a rough spot in life. Through telling a poor college student who has just started out in life that to succeed is to tear down those that have worked their way into money and prosperity. Rather than working their way up honestly to gain money and prosperity.

For blacks, they have a choice.
On one hand, Trump will try to increase low wages, low skill jobs, but that means people have to work for their money.
On the other hand, Sanders is into the welfare state, that means people won't have to work for their money.
The question therefore becomes, do these people want to work?

Jobs. Bernie thinks minorities have no agency. He thinks that because of white privilege it's impossible for any minority to do well. Trump disagrees. He thinks minorities have just as much agency as any white person, just as much ability to succeed as a white person, so long as they are willing to work for it, and have the means to do so. He's going to give them the means to do so.
