A. Medical use is okay, and should be legal everywhere.
B. Non-medical legalization should be decided on a state-by-state basis.
His position on gay marriage is likely going to be much the same, making it state by state again. He's big on states rights, which is odd because that's what Conservatives always want and now they're continuously claiming he isn't conservative for having those positions.
