Because there is such a consistency to their behavior, they ruin communities over and over and over and over again. You demonize jews for the same reason that you don't park your car in the ghetto.
And then of course, there is the whole issue of their deviant, hateful culture. The sexual deviancy, doublespeak and antipathy of christians in particular, and goys in general found in the Talmud, Zohar and so on, should much like with the tenets of Islam, cause a violent, gut reaction of revulsion in any sane and normal man.
