They are pretty good. Blend fatty lamb with cumin, chilli, garam masala, onion and salt. Grill it and thinly slice it. Serve it with something complimentary to the fatty lamb, vinegary based chilli sauce and some sharp yoghurt with mint and garlic. Not a bad way to use up the normally unpopular belly cut of lamb. Serve with bread and salad vegetables and some pickles. Don't know why it has to get into anything ethnic. Totally a westernised street food.
