I honestly believe racial mixing is ultimately good for humanities gene pool. North America has produced some of the most attractive people in the world due to blending. I don't have a real answer other than speculation. From what I learned on /pol/, Indios and Indio-blooded Mestizos have lower IQs which often translates in uncontrolled behavior. According to many studies, single parent households is a major factor is poverty and academic underachievement, even more than race. However, more non-Whites have a higher rate of single-parent households. Why is that? In my experience many of these Hispanic children do have a father and a mother in their lives. A lot have good parents insofar they do not abuse them, at least from what I can tell and the lack of rumors.
My own hypothesis is that these parents are so busy trying to make ends meet that they don't have time to properly discipline their children. Most of the time discipline means a wooping, and not a discussion. It's quick but it's doesn't have a long-lasting effect beyond don't get caught again. I also think that because these parents are so busy these children find other people to "raise" them. I have seen a relatively decent kid be influenced by their peers and older children to become wannabe gangsters. Especially if these bad influences are from California who go to another state to live with their cousins or aunts and uncles to "get right." (REMOVE CALI) Although I have seen that when a family starts to make good money, and do so without a second job, their second or third child have a good head on their shoulders compared to their older siblings. A family may have two parents but these parents discipline their children correctly and protect them from bad influences.

I guess people usually play up to the role that society has given them. If the first few dark skinned Mexicans were ostracized and treated poorly, while being unable to get good jobs or proper guidance in school, then they'll unfortunately pass these bad behaviors along to their kids. Eventually you'll end up with a generation of children who've had no guidance or structured lifestyle in their homes, which will unfortunately be blamed upon the color of their skin rather than a shitty home life.
