I highly recommend you read Warriors of God by Nicholas Blanford. The guy spent quite a bit of time in South Lebanon with Hezbollah contacts and has alot of great stories in it and explains some of their tactics and how they always found a way to one up the IDF. Like the first poster said, their success is largely due to them being trained and funded by the Iranians. They have pulled off some insane raids against the Israelis, considering their numerical and technological inferiority. There is footage out there from a couple IDF bases that they stormed, complete with Israeli soldiers screaming and crying in fear. I'm too lazy to find it right now but if you search key words on liveleak and do some scrolling you'll get there. After fighting the IDF, going up against the retard-tier Sunni militants in Syria who barely use gun sights is relatively easy. There is alot of footage from them operating in Syria, but be critical because some of it is pretty clear propaganda, with added gunshot noises and set-up scenarios.
