I've been doing this for a while, so I have a master's degree now. If you're looking to work in Poland, you can do it was a 6 moth TEFL (don't do it online!) and an undergraduate degree. Some schools will take someone with just the degree, but not in Poland, I don't think. In Asia, they're less picky.
