Yeah they implemented that system here too, called Zeitarbeit (Time-work), there are businesses that hire people to rent them out for other businesses and the pay is really bad.

The government issued a ban on any media inside the camps. It is very difficult to find photographs. From the little one can gather from news sources they are sorted into different camps based on race (Afghans Syrians etc).
And different conditions based on family status. Families get the good housing, single men get tents.
All of these camps are open type with curfew, most of them are run by the military. Probably a lot of them will turn into closed type once the first incidents of immigrant violence start popping up.
