I did want to migrate abroad, but that was back in what, 2006? 2008? I grew out of it after spending some time in the english-speaking areas of the internet. The western way of life, ideologies, just about everything feels more and more alien.
Not sure if you're asking about how much culture other countries export to here or how much culture we're able to export. If the former, the answer is much but not yet enough to wash away our own culture. If the latter, take a look at RT. Instead of exporting our culture, it creates something designed to be fit for a certain foreign audience.
Things like STALKER (the perversion, not the original one) and Metro getting somewhat popular outside of our borders are exceptions.
The music is nice. The books are nice. The cinematography would be better off nonexistent instead of this bad, save for a few festival tier directors who don't usually sell at all.
The weather is okay though, given the winters become winters again instead of this dirt bucket we started having some years ago. Cold is not a problem.
