There's a couple of US Senators and a Judge with FBI friends that have said the case has been investigated to within an inch of its life and is a clear-cut, open-and-shut conviction. The FBI can't very well come out publicly and say it themselves so that's the closest we're going to get.
She can't be arrested for obstruction, her job is discretion on whether to bring a case to trial, unless there's some evidence she's being personally paid or corrupted to not follow the law then that side of things is SOL.
