for the curious, it was a picture of a roughly ~12 naked boy, Auschwitz thin, on a metal surgery basin, horribly contorted and with genitals long since removed, His chest and stomach sliced open from chin to navel, much like one guts a pig, intestines visibly falling out. there are surgical tubes entering both his nose and his mouth to keep him alive, the tube can be seen in his throat where the flesh was cut open. His eyes are blackbared to hide his identity. The boy and the table are impeccably clean with little blood, whoever operated on him clearly being a professional.
My guess is that it was some sort of disembowelment torture.
