I'm having real problems right now to be completely honest. I love trump, and I love /pol/ but it's gotten to the point where nearly every waking moment is spent on here to get the quickest and best news. Even my time away from the computer, my mind is held captive thinking about world conflicts, affirmative action, 3rd wave feminism, the holocaust, and hatred of liberals. It's really bad. Today I was sick, vomitting, with an excruciating headache. And the only thing I could think of laying in my bed, was the "You're fucking a white male" threads from last night. It's fucked me.
And I'm as bad as a tumblr SJW now, people will trigger me on normiebook, half of my feed is filled with Bernie supporters. Rather than post positive things about Bernie, they spend all fucking day bashing Trump. I'll usually start a rant in the comments, but I delete it because I use my facebook for business purposes, and can't have my power level shown on there. It's sad, and frustrating. I've been on 4chan for 10 years now, mostly on /b/, but a screenshot of a thread made /pol/ look like a fun place, so I came here 8 months ago, and haven't left since.
Sort of related. The thread that caught me was south korea roasting Japan about sucking Americans dicks all day. If anyone can post that I would appreciate it.

My best advice for this is to take a day or two away from /pol/.
I'll usually head to /tg/ and post Warhammer 40K stuff until I'm ready to come back with the Emperor's holy light.
But really, take a day off. There's nothing going on for the next week so now's the best time to go to other boards.

Yeah, now's a good time to break from /pol/ for a few days. It's been a good week for us and there's no stumpings on the horizon.
I'm with ya in this addiction brother. Been here for a few years but it's only gotten bad since Trump stirred up America and gave us hope.
