Old woman lives across the alley from me. She has 2 sons in their 20s, one is in jail the other is out in the world living on his own. She scrapes by. A gang "tagged" her fence and she unable to afford having it painted, and was also afraid of painting over a gang tag. The city came out and ordered her to either repair her fence or tare it down. This neighborhood needs fences and hers is not even bad. Nicer than my fence tbqh. She is facing a very serious problem right now because of petty vandalism.
