There's nothing really racist about him. He just keeps pointing out stuff like this that costs us money while accomplishing nothing and he says he'll replace the guy who did it and cut costs. He has to provide some simple, easy-to-explain examples which are policy problems rather than complicated business structuring problems, so he'll bring up obvious stuff like illegal immigration, universal healthcare, poor trade deals with other countries, etc. that he doesn't even really have to elaborate on.
Since he's trying to do away with policies that was installed to "help poor people" or "help brown people" or "give money to brown people," they just declare it to be racist. You can't really reconcile this, either. People support him because he says he'll save money and lower taxes, and a lot of people explicitly ignore this benefit just so they can call him racist.

There is. Last time I voted I accidently went to the wrong polling place and they still let me vote since someone had the same name as me (same first and last name but different address). They didn't really check my ID nor was there any verification. Literally to win a state all you have to do is have enough people show up to different polling places even if they already voted or are a different person.
