If you notice they say they "suspend their campaign." Which means that they are still technically running, but they have stopped progressing efforts to win. So the delegates still belong to them unless there is a brokered convention and then the delegates are unbound and can vote for whomever they want.
I remember watching an interview with Carli Fiorina after she suspended her campaign and she said she voted for Ted Cruz (I think) even though her name was still on the ballot.
